Terms of Service

1. What the Service does

You choose a character and a situation, and the Service uses AI models to generate a short comic, including images and synthesised voice lines. Output is generated automatically and is intended as parody and entertainment.

2. Free use and paid credits

Each visitor can generate 3 comics for free. After that you may buy a credit pack. One credit lets you generate one comic. Credits do not expire. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.

Credits are tied to the browser you bought them in, identified by a first-party cookie. If you clear your cookies or switch browser or device, we may not be able to restore your balance. If that happens, contact us and we will try to help.

3. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They handle billing enquiries and returns. Prices are shown in US dollars and may be converted for your region; applicable sales tax or VAT is added at checkout.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that:

• is sexual content involving minors, or sexualises any real person;
• harasses, defames, threatens, or incites violence against anyone;
• promotes hate against a protected group;
• impersonates someone in order to deceive, or spreads disinformation;
• infringes someone else’s intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• is otherwise unlawful where you live.

Only upload a photo of a person if you are that person, or you have their permission. We apply automated safety filters, but they are not perfect: you are responsible for what you generate and for what you do with it.

You must not attempt to bypass usage limits, resell access, scrape the Service, or use it to build a competing model or dataset.

5. Your content and the comics you generate

You keep ownership of anything you upload. You grant us the limited right to process it in order to generate your comic and operate the Service.

As between you and us, you may use the comics you generate for personal and commercial purposes. Note that AI output may be similar to output generated for other users, and that depictions of public figures or well-known characters are parody — you are responsible for how you use them.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Generation depends on third-party AI providers and can fail, queue, or produce unexpected results. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. If we permanently shut the Service down, we will refund unused credits bought in the previous 12 months.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and this section does not affect the statutory rights of consumers.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. If we terminate your access for a reason other than a breach, we will refund any unused credits.
